Classic.Retro.Modern. has teamed up with Elan PR to give you the opportunity to win an L subscription package, so you’ll enjoy 12 months of uninterrupted classic car goodness. All you have to do is identify the nine model cars bursting out of issue one in Nick Bailey’s ace photograph.
We’re after the make and model of each car. Extra points will be awarded if you can name the model manufacturers, but your geeky brilliance will have no influence on the prize draw. The name of everyone who correctly identifies the nine cars will be pulled out of a hat or similar receptacle at the Festival of the Unexceptional on 31 July.
Don’t worry if you’re one of the hundreds of people who have an existing subscription. We will simply extend the length of your package, as it were. It means that Vanden Plas customers will enjoy 48 issues of the mag, by which time the Proton Impian will be officially recognised as a classic car.

- Conditions of entry – to participate in this promotion you must satisfy the following:
1.1. You must be aged 18 or over
1.2. Only one entry per person; multiple entries are not permitted and will result in all entries being disqualified;
1.3. You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the promotion;
1.4. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.
How to enter – to enter this Promotion you will need to answer the multiple choice question and provide contact details. By entering this competition you agree to provide these contact details, and consent is given for them to be used for future marketing associated with Autoworld Media Limited. You can change your mind at any time by writing to the administrator of the website at competitions@classicretromodern.com.
Entry period – you can enter the promotion up until the date on the individual competition. Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.
Winner Selection – all eligible entrants will be placed in a draw and one winner (or multiple winners if there are multiple prizes) will be selected at random after the Closing Date. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotional will be entered into.
Prize – there will be one winner (or multiple winners if there are multiple prizes) and the prize for the winner will be as stated.
5.1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of the same or greater value.Winner notification – we will contact the winner within ten days of the closing date. We will contact via telephone or e-mail, so it is important that the contact details are correct. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Promotion if they are inaccurate. The Prize must be claimed within fourteen days of the date of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.
Disqualification – We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this promotion or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Promotion.
Changes to the promotion – We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
